Razer Wolverine Ultimate turn off by itself on PC

Hi I keep my razer wolverine ultimate controller plugged into my computer at all times. Today when I finally wanted to use it, it was off and the light right under the xbox logo was off as well. The controller didn't work until I unplugged and replugged the controller. why was the controller off? is it bad for the controller if i leave it connected 24/7?

      It's not bad for your controller so much as it is bad for your PC. Leaving the PC on for 24/7 all the time isn't good, no matter how well your PC is built. It needs to be turned off from time to time.
