Good morning, I bought a Razer Wolverine V3 Tournament about a month ago. Today the D-pad stopped working, which is annoying because my Xbox password uses the D-pad! How can I solve it since I can no longer return it through Amazon?

You can try updating your controller’s firmware. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your device’s serial number so I can validate it in our database and check for other workarounds that we can attempt.
