How am i supposed to update my razer wolverine v3 TE controller on CONSOLE. I do NOT have any type of pc therefore 1 i can no longer use the razer controller app on my console if i wanted to change my preset binds for a different game, and 2 i have to play 1 game until they acknowledge this issue which will most likely be never.

i would say the best bet is to return your product and focus on getting yourself a custom battle beaver. at this point razer wont do anything to help you. im dealing with a similar issue - why waist your time? get your money back since they dont want to help.
I’m in the same boat. Don’t have a PC and the Xbox app is saying we must use a PC to update the firmware to use the app. This is ridiculous.
