I need help, I have a razer V3 tournament edition for Xbox, just got the controller and I really like it... But I have a big problem, it disconnects randomly, I want to know what to do to fix it cause it's frustrating, I read many people have this problem but I don't see any solution, I want advice before buying an expensive cable to see if that solves the issue ... Please let me know

Let me help you. Just for isolation, can you test the controller on another console or computer to see if the issue continues? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and check for applicable workarounds that might address the connection issue you're currently experiencing.
