...not working. You can create profiles but not activate, modify or delete them. As always RAZER have good hardware but shitty software. I buyed a new pad for nothing. Thanks

I tested on another computer with another account, and all previously created profiles was here with the same problem. So the pad has is own memory and it's corruped. Is there any way to reset it ?

HI. i have problem with my wolverine controller. that it device not recognize to the usb. after the new update on windows!
i do a format for my pc. its worked, after but after that its do that same problem as its not recognize. i do update for the usb in device manager. didn't work either.

anyone have the same problem or any solution.

also i can not update the wolverine synapse for Xbox !! due to not connecting device.
I have the same issue, i've installed the wolverine for xbox app and the pc just states controller not found with a usb error. If i keep plugging in and out it occasionally recongnises the controller but the second i move it it disables.
