Are you guys ever going to fix your controller? We go through your steps and it still doesn’t work. I very unsatisfied with this product. I’m on my second one that you replaced and still disconnecting in wireless mode, unreal… for over $300 I’d expect better. Don’t think I’ll ever purchase anything Razer again because of you poor service and not being able to fix your product. DO NOT BUY.. Brutal
