Wolverine V3 Tournament edition connection problem

Hello!
They already sent me the 3rd controller back, but the same problem. It keeps disconnecting even during gameplay. So it's unplayable! It's been doing this since the firmware update, but the previous one can't be reinstalled... When are they going to do something about this?!!! I can't believe it would be such a big job to fix this! 😤😤😤
