Razer synapse update cuased 7.1 to be on always for Apex legends and EQ settings no longer work

Same problem with Nari Ultimate. The update made all functions unusable, no matter how much I reinstall Synapes.

Any word from devs ? Any updates on when it will be fixed yet ?

I am no longer able to select the THX-spatial audio speakers because they aren’t shown

I haven't found any announcements from the developers about this, the only thing I have is 3 messages in which they asked for the serial number and synapse logs, and I'm waiting for a response. If you need more help and I solve this problem, I will duplicate the solution here.

Where’s the developers? Help us! I want to download previous version!

Agreed or give us a link for previous version until this is resolved cause the audio is straight garbage now 

I absolutely loved my Black shark v2 pro headset before this update hands down one of the best but now it's one of the worst headsets 

As far as I know, the previous version doesn't work for some people either, I've seen several people whose headphones stopped playing in sync without updating.

this is not fun anymore. even my profile was lost and i don’t remember what was numbers in my EQ :(

After doing the latest update, I had my EQ settings perfect for a FPS Game CS2 that I play and after the update,  Razr decides to just reset my enhancements which I dont remember what I had before  to set it back… It is such a frustrating deal since the new update claims the THX is good for gaming…. THX has NEVER BEEN GOOD FOR FPS GAMING as I want to hear footsteps, I am not looking for the best quality sound for music. I have never heard a person tell me that THX is great as it’s nothing but bad reviews for it.

Yeah, this is exactly my problem and it is not a small issue since I wasted a lot of time into getting my game of choice which happens to be CS2 and now, it is frustrating because I can’t hear footsteps(which plays a HUGE part in CS2 to know where your enemies are….
