Server Access Unavailable!


Hi, I just bought the Razer Viper Mini Mouse. I have no issue with the mouse whatsoever, but the software however seems to be not functioning. Whenever I try to install the Razer Synapse 3 it keeps saying that I the Server Access Unavailable. I already checked my Internet and it is fine. I've looked up how to fix this online and I already tried disable the antivirus and windows protection. I also set a new Inbound rule in the firewall. I also tried to disable IPv6. All this seems to be the solution I found online but none of them worked for me. Anyone can help??
