Dear Razer Support Team,

 

I am unable to access my Razer account due to issues with two-factor authentication (2FA). Unfortunately, I lost my phone, and the authentication codes no longer work. I also cannot access the backup codes, as the system is requesting an authentication code.

 

I kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue so that I can regain access to my account and continue using recharge services.
