10fps for Dynasty Warriors 9
As the title says, I have very low fps when I play dynasty warriors 9 on the lowest settings. I’m using a 2016 razer blade with gtx 1060. I heard that the pc port of this game is bad; however, my computer, using gtx 870 router login , is able to run the game at 60 FPS at medium settings. It’s hard to believe my laptop can’t run the game at decent frames.

Looks like you didn’t run on 1060, try check on Nvidia control panel on apps setting if it’s using Nvidia graphic, if it’s automatic change to Nvidia because sometimes Optimus tech recognise wrong gpu instead Nvidia use intel igpu which way slower, that might explain that 10 fps. Make sure also it’s plugged, on battery it probably run a lot worse than plugged.
