Will ring sound but will not show a call coming in.

So ill crack open my brand new, unused razer phone 2..…yes thats right
I love the first razer phone so much i bought a few ####
And ill see how long it will last.…
I realy hate that razer stopped making phones.
Ive wrote them and told them about a sensor on top left side of phone on speaker , if you have your finger on this area, the screen will go black untill you remove your finger…
Guess all will die…
