my synapse performance is set on high and CPU Boost, takes same amount of time when on dedicated GPU only.
I have experienced some pretty intense thermals when doing medium workloads on a model just below yours (2022 razer blade 17 with i7-12800H and 3080ti, 360hz model) in the video your clock speeds hovered around the 2.2-2.5GHz not boosting much over that, that could be a factor but over wifi I found some interesting default preferences on which band it uses.

For example, mine was set to prefer the 2.4GHz bands to start. (talking lettered, if you have 5GHz wifi and dont want to supplement the connections with slower speeds stick to these bands: 802.11a/h/j/n/ac/ax.) Those are the dedicated 5GHz bands, you can set it to prefer them if you want to primarily use faster but shorter range 5GHz and supplement with slower and more reliable 2.4GHz. Or you can disable the 2.4GHz bands to exclusively use 5GHz.

Alternatively,
I went into the properties of my wifi6 controller and tried to change that preferred bandwidth on my 5GHz setting from "auto" and there was only one other choice, 20GHz.... Normal 5Ghz band operates at a channel bandwidth of about 40GHz. Curious.
I went into device manager and turned off the double connect technology and my upload speeds seemed to increase, not quite sure why.. It makes me think with that setting it wants to use the slower upload and the faster band for download, but if you're just uploading a video it makes more sense to just use the faster 5GHz band (good luck finding support for the 6, if you have it good for you!) referencing the above listed, maybe it is 2.4, 5, and 6 capable, software wise but just doesn't have the nuts of the channel bandwidth connectivity?
I'll dig more into it and repost if I find anything relevant!
(I'm also no computer expert, just researched this issue previously and regurgitating what I found and my thoughts so take what I say lightly!)

Hope this helped!

I’m not familiar with video editing, rendering works yes it needs cpu and gpu performance but uploading I think it needs only internet speed so synapse profile, cpu and gpu utilise doesn’t matter here.
