Hello Razer Team and Community,
I purchased three devices (Leviathan V2, Basilisk V3 Pro, DeathStalker V2 Pro) directly from Razer.com in December 2024.
All three failed after a few weeks.
I received a replacement for one item, but nothing improved. After multiple support tickets, I still haven’t received any proper diagnosis or refund.
I suspect Synapse is the root cause of all three failures.
Razer refuses to acknowledge this, citing a 14-day return policy despite the clear EU 2-year conformity warranty.
I have now filed complaints with the DGCCRF and the European ODR platform.
Please escalate this internally — this is not acceptable from a brand I trusted for years.
