3 defective Razer products – no refund, no solution from support

Hello Razer Team and Community,

I purchased three devices (Leviathan V2, Basilisk V3 Pro, DeathStalker V2 Pro) directly from Razer.com in December 2024.
All three failed after a few weeks.

I received a replacement for one item, but nothing improved. After multiple support tickets, I still haven’t received any proper diagnosis or refund.

I suspect Synapse is the root cause of all three failures.
Razer refuses to acknowledge this, citing a 14-day return policy despite the clear EU 2-year conformity warranty.

I have now filed complaints with the DGCCRF and the European ODR platform.
Please escalate this internally — this is not acceptable from a brand I trusted for years.

I'm really sorry you're going through this it's incredibly frustrating when premium products fail so quickly, especially from a brand you’ve trusted in sassa r350 grants. You’ve clearly done everything right by contacting support, requesting replacements, and now escalating through the proper EU consumer protection channels. Hopefully this pressure leads to a proper resolution soon.
