A positive experience with Razer | Razer Insider

Hello everyone,

about a month ago I ordered a Blackshark V2, which had some issues right out of the box. I immediately made a post on this reddit, and soon after I got a response from the RazerCustAdvocacy. The process went very smoothly, they replied within 30 minutes each time and were kind enough to guide me through all of the steps. They have now shipped a new headset to my place https://showbox.tools/.

The reason for this reddit post is that I see so many negative reviews about razer's customer service. In reality, I had no issues at all with their support, I even found that the process went very smoothly and was handled in a professional and efficient manner by their employees.

In conclusion, despite all the hate that Razer support receives, I still have all faith in them and would recommend anyone who is experiencing some kind of problem with their Razer product to go ahead and contact Support. It's always worth a shot, and with my experience it is completely worth the time.
People are far more likely to complain about a product than post that it works as advertised, just keep that in mind.

I've owned two laptops, three mice, two keyboards, a mouse mat, headphones, and two PS4 controllers from them. Not a single problem with any of those devices at all ever.

I'm also not going to think to make a new thread online to say "hey all this crap works as intended, good job Razer", but if someone asks me if they are a good brand I don't mind sharing my experience.
