لقد قمت بعملية الشحن لكن لم تصلني جواهري مع العلم ان المبلغ تم خصمه من بطاقتي لقد قمت بالعملية منذ ساعة مضت كانت تتم عملية الشحن خلال دقيقة واحدة

لقد قمت بعملية الشحن لكن لم تصلني جواهري مع العلم ان المبلغ تم خصمه من بطاقتي لقد قمت بالعملية منذ ساعة مضت كانت تتم عملية الشحن خلال دقيقة واحدة 

This translates as:

I did the shipping process but I did not receive my jewels, knowing that the amount was deducted from my card. I did the process an hour ago. The shipping process was completed within one minute.
