I am gonna get the Akko V3 switches and I was worried that it won't work on Razer Synapse 3 because the switches were not made by Razer so are the RGB on the Akko V3 switches compatible with Razer Chroma on the Razer Synapse?

Hi,
Switch has nothing to do with Chroma LEDs, as these are directly soldered on the keyboard PCB (but it also depends on the keyboard model).
But yes, the switch will be compatible.
Is it compatible with my Razer Blackwidow Chroma 1st Gen? and is the PCB directly soldered to my keyboard clicky switches? Because the Razer Mechanical Enhancement Kit is discontinued

Razer Mechanical Enhancement kit it's just a pack of o-rings, which you can buy anywhere online - it's just for dampening the keycap sound when bottoming it out.

BW Chroma (V1) is and old model, so to replace switch, you have to desolder both old switch and RGB led, then put new switch, put LED on top of it, solder it back.
Looks like I have to get another PCB...

Why? It's still moddable.
Imagine you will change switches, then the PCB is soldered. Then you don't have a soldering station. What do you do? You get another PCB!

You don't ultra-high price "soldering station", it can be done with a cheap iron solder.
Or ... give it to someone who do this stuff, still it'll be cheaper than new PCB :)

There's also another option - soldering sockets, so you'll make it hot-swappable if you want to change switches in future.
