Any fix for audio delay bug?

Just bought a pair of Kraken Kitty V2 BT from razers website. They paired fine with my pc but I notices the ever so slightest audio delay. You can tell when you watch people talk on a video. I did a little research and found a forum from 5 months ago with a bunch of people asking when they are going to fix this bug. As the synapse update from 5 or 6 months ago seems to have given a lot of people audio delay. Latest reply on there was from 26 days ago and there seems to be no solution. Did I buy a pair of headphones they aren’t supporting anymore? If so why are they selling them on the Razer official website.

Did this topic help you find an answer to your question?

still having the same problems but I've seen threads of about a year where the problem has been persistent with no communication from razer

Just got a pair of supremely adorable Razer Kitty BT Kuromi Edition headphones and are you kidding me? I bought a pair of headphones through which all audio is 350 milliseconds behind, and the company who makes them is incapable if not uninterested in supplying a fix? Sometimes you’re just a rube, I guess 😵‍💫😵‍💫 really wish these things were at all adequate as headphones because they’re so stinkin’ cute.

I sumbitted a much longer and more detailed reply, and it didn’t get posted immediately because it’s pending moderator review.

Just in case it doesn’t ever post, please take note of the “Gaming Mode” feature which brings the frankly unacceptable latency down to nigh-imperceptible. To activate “Gaming Mode” simply press the multifunction button twice in a row immediately followed by a long press. You’ll hear the headset say “Gaming Mode” and you’re all set 🎀🐙👍
