Any way to post in support without "Don't have permission" message?

I'm trying to post in the support forum and keep getting a message saying I don't have permission to post. It's extremely frustrating when you have a problem and you can't even post to the support forum.

I notice was able to post the quick note above... but if I try to post the much longer post (that outlines my problem), I get the don't have permission pop up.
