Are there any pre-orders available in the Nordic Layout? I'm going to ask it again.

I tried to pre-order the Blade 17 Pro (i9/3080ti), but the blades are only available in Nordic layout after the pre-order countdown timer stopped? I'm from the Netherlands, which is part of the European Union.
