Asking for help w/ Black Shark v2 X

Son was using this on PS4, but now trying on PC, but can't get to work. Not seeing the Razer come up in the Device Mgr and not seeing drivers on the site. Any feedback/insight on how-to would be appreciated. Thanks!

    You probably gotten a bad hardware because this issue doesn't come so often. If you have a warrenty, then try to replace the one you have. If you don't or it expiered, then you should try contacting razer support.
