Automatic profile switching on Synapse 4 not working. Anyone find a fix?

I have a Naga V2 Pro and it's the only mouse I'll ever use, LOVE IT.

I have a bunch of mouse profiles that I set up to automatically switch between when that program is active. This functionality worked perfectly in Synapse 3... but since needing to upgrade to Synape 4, none of my profiles automatically switch anymore, regardless of how many times I relink the program to the profile.

Has anyone found a fix for this issue?

    I have a similar situation I think. My Naga Trinity bit the dust after 8 years and all that was available was the Naga V2 Pro. So I upgraded from Synapse 3 to 4 at the same time thinking that would be the genious move. Importing the profile from 3 just created a lot of messy profiles that I still had to go through and relink a lot of stuff. Splitting the Chroma out the app and making it separate was a rude surpise so I had to rebuid that and link my profiles to the chroma.

    So I had to create from scratch the Naga v2 Pro key assignments. I have 5 profiles and they all work well. Unfortunately again though, they don’t switch the profiles on my Firefly, Tartarus or Huntsman like it did in version 3. Maybe your import is crap like mine was and you should rebuild them from scratch?

    I don’t know if that helps or if you want to reply and be more specific and maybe both us us can get this thing working the way it should.
