Hi,



This is my 3rd complaint about my Razer 15 laptop and at my wits end with the last issue.

1. Battery last 1 hour.

2. Mic and camera stopped working so can't do zoom calls or anything work from home related.

3. Now stuck in the boot loop menu. I have tried to reconnect ssd but still not reading.

I have loads of work and programs installed and don't want to pay for data recovery.

I paid close to $4500 for a laptop that is the worst laptop I have owned. Where can I send it to get repaired?

Probably the last Razer product I'll ever own and will make a point to people to steer clear of them. Can I please get some help??
