Bad Quality Razer Nommo V2, only lasted 3 months +

My product being purchased from amazon Au on Ordered on 11 October 2023  
I would like to return this products due device is not being recognised via usb device from today  4 Feb 2024. Amazon doesn't seem to  have refund so it seems I have to contact to Razer 
I have tried everything including resetting 
I don't want to purchase razer products again , (to Razer) your products not quality and doesn't last. I have the same issue for my previous leviathan device as well 
please send me barcode to return this product at yours own cost 

I don't recommend razer  to people due they quality doesn't Mach their price tag,
Razer would be same quality as a cheap (no branded) Chinese products.
This is not the first time I'm returning razer product.
