Basilisk v3 not working

So I play on console and haven’t messed with the firmware on the mouse or anything, but I was playing Fortnite and join a game and out of nowhere my two side buttons aren’t working at all and my dpi button won’t change my dpi or even register that I’m clicking them, & I didn’t slam it or anything it just stoped working entirely, is there a fix for this?

    Try connecting the Basilisk V3 to a PC and check for firmware updates using Razer Synapse. If the buttons still don’t work, reset the mouse by unplugging it and holding down left + right click + scroll click for 5 seconds. If that doesn’t help, you might need to contact Razer Support.
