Hey everyone, so i have this Basilisk X Hyperspeed mouse and it work's fine with the dongle, but i can't get it to work wit bluetooth. When i enter pairing mode it won't really show up, sometimes it does for a second or so but i am unable to pair it. Not on an windows pc, macbook or android device. Is this a known issue? can i do anything about this? Thx everyone!

Since your Basilisk X Hyperspeed mouse works fine with the little USB stick but won't connect to any device using Bluetooth, the problem is probably with the mouse itself. The quickest things to try are putting in a brand new battery (low power ruins Bluetooth!) and checking Razer's website for a firmware update you can run while it's connected with the USB stick.
