Battery in my replacement unit now expanding

So my current laptop (Blade 14 2022) is a replacement for a laptop that had an expanding battery that broke the frame. This replacement laptop is doing the same... the screws under the touchpad are being pulled out, and there is a noticeable gap between the frame. This was replaced approx 2 years ago, maybe more... am I screwed, or is there an option to get this fixed, replaced, or a battery warranty? It's crazy to me that this same thing happened AGAIN. I use it for work, I don't game on it ever due to how hot it gets in the battery area. Just normal, non intense usage
