Black screen>Lock screen Razor blade 15 2020 base model
Hey Peeps,
Am just now having problems with my 2020 razer blade 15 base model with it going to a black screen the computer goes to the sleep mode when I click on the keyboard and shows me the lock screen to sign in with my pin. I reset my OS 10 home edition and it's still a problem. I also removed the razer synapse and it's old files on the program folder. I have the 2070 rtx max q gpu and 16 gig ram. Any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated!

ScienceDesignDid you try updating your graphics card and other drivers through NVIDIA and Intel Driver & Support Assistant?

joikansaiTHANK YOU Joikansai. I am setting up my new Razer 15 3070TI and my screen would going to the lock screen. Once I saw your post I took my watch off and it fixed the issue. Thank you.
