Black shark v2 pro LED flashing green but never turning solid green when fully charged

2023 BSV2Pro and when I plugged it in for the first time it was blinking red in even intervals for several hours. Then It started blinking green but in uneven intervals. Is this normal? It’s been 12+ hours on charge but the uneven blinking won’t stop and turn solid green
