Black Widow V3 Pro not working after firmware update

So my keyboard was having the off and on issue while on low battery. After some research I was able to narrow it down to out of date firmware. I followed the guide on Razer's website and updated the firmware, but now my keyboard will not work wirelessly... it'll work plugged in and on bluetooth, but not with the dongle.

I have tried power cycling my computer and my keyboard with no luck. I have also tried removing the dongle and reinserting it.

Please help as I bought a wireless keyboard to be .. well .. wireless

Hello, @easyAMBERDrab129!

 

Have you tried reinstalling its drivers? If possible, you can also try plugging it into a different computer. If that didn’t work, then send me a message via PM along with your Razer BlackWidow V3 Pro’s serial number so I can validate it in our database and look for other workarounds.
