BlackShark V2 HyperSpeed wasn't charging until I pushed the wire hard into the side of the headphones type-c socket. Has anyone faced the same issue? Should I be prepared to change my headset? The wire is fine and I've used multiple wires hence the problem is within the headphones themselves.

Thanks for alerting us about this. Do you see any physical damage? Was the charger wobbling? Let me know via PM along with your headset’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
