My Windows 10 computer will pair but not connect and the blue light stays blinking. My phone says "pairing rejected". Connecting USB gives a USB device not recognized warning. If I use the 3.5mm, it works like it should. I can't get the firmware update to recognize them, so no help there. Any other clever things to try or do I need to resign myself to corded only use for this set?

Is your headset dongle detected in Windows device manager when you’ll connect it? Did you’ve tried other USB ports?
