Blackshark v2 pro keeps disconnecting

I just bought the razer blackshark v2 pro wireless today (no Bluetooth) and was trying then on my ps5. They kept disconnecting everytime I move my head a few inches away from the dongle. I tried on different ports and on my pc and still same issue. I paid a lot of money for those headphones anyone knows a fix ?

    Me too, I have the 2023 V2 blackshark pro’s and constantly it disconnects audio and i have found no resolution.. Razer please fix this

    It’s only been one night but thought I’d post here as I’ve been dealing with this same issue for the last 2 months.  I ran this tool yesterday and followed all the instructions https://mysupport.razer.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/5776/~/how-to-use-the-device-detection-troubleshoot-tool.  I had a full session last night without any disconnects.  I’ll update here if the disconnects come back.
