When I am connected to my pc I often connect the Bluetooth to my phone just to listen to music/tiktok that nonsense and every 10-15 minutes the headset disconnects and reconnects and this wouldn't be a problem except for the fact the woman talk and says that the connection has changed, any way to turn her off or fix the Bluetooth error ?

Hello there,
Does it have the same connection issue while using a computer? Try to update your headset’s firmware. If that didn’t do the trick, then shoot me a PM along with your BlackShark V3 Pro’s serial number so I can validate it and check for other workarounds.
