I recently purchased the new black shark V3 pro and found that whenever the wireless hyperseed dongle is plugged in it cause really bad and repetitive stuttering once every second. I fear that it might be the high 8k hertz polling rate over whelming my pc as I already own the viper V3 pro that also does 8k polling. Can anyone please suggest a fix or alternative as I really need a wireless headset?

Hey! I had a super similar issue to what you’re describing and what fixed it for me was uninstalling the THX spatial sound in control panel and restarting my pc
