I connected my Mac to the wireless dongle but it doesn't show up on synapse. Only my Razer viper 3 pro mouse shows up. When I connect it to a windows pc it shows up on synapse. Also, the mic when connected to the Mac is super duper quiet and you basically can't hear it. Any solutions?
