Hi everyone i just bought BS v3 pro form amazon , and the sound is bad i tried to eq it but still haven’t found the sound I am looking for, do you have eq works will with it?

    I understand that you’re experiencing audio issues with your headset. Have you updated the firmware by downloading from this link? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and look for troubleshooting steps that might address the issue.
