Blade 15 adv replacement Screws?

So was wondering if anyone knows where to get replacements for these funky screws the blade has. I have tried some "Kits" the screws are too short, or heads too big, I want Flush Screws of the correct lenght. Cant seem to find anything even close to them on the web (With the small step up waffle head on a m2x3.5) Doesnt have to be that, just flush and hold would be nice.
