I've been using my Razer Blade 15 for about 1.5 years without any problems until now. Recently, I noticed that the laptop no longer charges properly. It stays at 0% battery, and although it indicates that it's charging, the battery level does not increase. The laptop only powers on when plugged in using the 230-W charger and won't turn on with battery power alone or with a type-c charger.
This issue began after using a USB-C charger overnight, which I’ve done successfully in the past. I've already tried several solutions, including replacing the battery, reinstalling Windows, updating the BIOS, and updating all drivers, but nothing has resolved the problem.
Any help would be appreciated.
