brand new pair of razer hammerhead true wireless pro's not turning on

i bought a brand new pair of true wireless pro’s charged them and they don’t turn on or pair is there a way to fix this or should i get a replacement pair

I understand that your Razer Hammerhead True Wireless Pro is not turning on or won’t pair. Please try these troubleshooting steps on this link to help resolve the issue. 

 

If the issue persists after performing the troubleshooting steps, please send me a private message together with your device's serial number and proof of purchase/receipt in PDF format so I can check its warranty details for a possible warranty claim.
