Can install or use Synapse 3
Internal Error: Failed to expand shell folder constant 'userdesktop' error i get when i try run or install.

What OS do you use?
I am thinking there is something wrong with the user profile or a corrupt OS source files.
* Try run the Synapse exe file in a different folder C:\users\[USER]\Downloads
* Try creating a new admin user and install the Synapse on it
