Hi 

I have a RAZER BLADE 14 2023 - P/N RZ09-0482XWM3-R3W1.

I was using it the other day when the screen just went black.  The screen just seems to have died??

I have tried turning it off and on and nothing. The laptop turns on and the key illuminate but nothing on the screen.. power light is green and is slowly blinking.

I have connected to an external monitor and that works so Laptop seems to be working just the inbuilt screen is black.

Could someone please help or have any ideas.

      I understand that you're having an issues with your Razer Blade 14 where the built-in screen suddenly went black and is not displaying anything. Please try these troubleshooting steps on this link to help resolve the issue.

       

      If the issue persists after performing the troubleshooting steps, please send me a private message together with your device's serial number and proof of purchase/receipt in PDF format so I can check its warranty details. You can upload your proof of purchase to your Google Drive and send me the link. Make sure that the link is set the sharing settings to "Anyone with the link can view".
