Can't download Synapse 3

Whenever I try to download the Razer Synapse 3, I get to the step of "get started" when I'm prompted with the pop up of "To use synapse 3, restart your computer" or something along the lines of that, Whenever I restart my computer nothing happens and I have to repeat the whole process again, Any way to fix this issue?

Hi TH3GIRAFFEMILK_, Try to redownload from here http://rzr.to/synapse-3-pc-download Did you try to run as admin for installer as well?

I have been having the same problems. And i have no idea what the reason behind it is.

Hopefully we get some help. I've reinstalled it multiple times and nothing. And i have tried the link the guy gave us. Didnt work. I have tried running it as an administrator. That also didnt work. So im clueless as on what to do. :(
