Canadians with Razer laptop warranty/repair stories?


I've been reading a lot of horror stories about Canadians who purchased Razer laptops online and incurred BIG repair costs, long repair times/shipping issues, and poor Razer customer service. Any Canadians out there who have had a positive repair experience with Razer? Or any Canadians who have had a Razer laptop for quite a few years without any repair needs? I'm probably looking at the Razer 15 base model.
