Cant activate my synapse even after I add my headset on program

Sorry for my english guys but this Synapse is making me crazy hahahaha How the images show, i alread add the headset but don't appear for me to receive for email my activation code, what I need to do? Thanks

    According to Razer FAQ it have scratch card inside the box, to activate 7.1 surround app. Razer BlackShark V2 X (RZ04-0324) - Scratch card Also you should be using this app: https://rzr.to/71-surround-sound-installer
