Is there a key combo I'm missing that my cat may have accidently pressed? I seen that Fn+F8 was supposed to toggle this but it didn't. Windows Gaming Mode is off as well, and Filter Keys isn't on either.

+1FN+ F10 in most razer keyboards (Gaming mode).
Or you can just go to Synapse and turn off gaming mode.
