Hello,just got myself a pair of Barracuda X headsets,was wondering if there's an issue if I charge them with my OnePlus 12 charger,it's a 100W charger. Will this damage them?

+1You can charge them. It’ll automatically negotiate the voltage.
You’re fine — the Barracuda X will only draw the power it needs, even from a 100W charger. USB-C chargers negotiate output, so it won’t force extra power into the headset.
As long as it’s a legit USB-C charger, there’s no risk of damage.
