Hola comunidad, hoy e comprado un codigo de riot cash en razer gold colombia y cuando lo introduje me dice que no sirve en mi region si estoy en venezuela por que no sirve como haria en ese caso ya que le doy el boton para ir a soporte y me da un error nunca me lleva a hablar con nadie

Firstly this forum’s primarily English so you’d just have to keep that in mind.

Regarding your code if you purchased it from Razer Gold Colombia it’ll be locked to that country. You’ll have to go on the Razer Gold site and contact their support. Explain you purchased the code however you’re Venezuelan. You simply need upload your receipt and the code itself (PIN can be covered). They’ll be able to refund you.

Ohj, and so sorry bro one mistake, no go happen again, well i'm write to sopport i'm w8 the reply, But i'm not whan refund y want other code what i can use on My coutry
