When you mentioned "latency in between clicks" does it take a while for your computer to respond? I see possible two factors here Hardware issue or Software issue Hardware~~~ Even if the mouse clicks, the interface within the key might be broken or worn out. In this case you might need to replace the mouse key switch, which our mouse key replacement expert @FiszPL might advise something. Otherwise buy a new mouse. Software~~~ More of OS issue than a synapse or driver issue. If you have a virus in your pc, it might be creating that latency. Try plug the mouse to a different pc. If latency is still happening, then this is a hardware issue.
