I've spent the last few weeks going back and forth with Razer customer support for a replacement mouse. My Naga Trinity was acting up and I had lost the receipt. Razer came through for me in a big way and it renewed my faith in using their products. I will continue to be a loyal supporter of their company for many years to come.

P.S. Really hoping to see a new line of Razer Blackwidow Ultimate keyboards with the extra programmable buttons on the side. Really liking the volume slider and mute button on my Blackwidow V3 as well. The keys on the V3 are an improvement as well compared to the Blackwidow Ultimate. (Sorry for the impromptu product review, couldn't help myself
